Aluminium Railing Warranty Information

CSW’S ALUMINIUM RAILINGS SYSTEM LIMITED WARRANTY

Purchaser:
CAN Supply Wholesale warrants that under conditions of normal use, its “CSW Aluminium Railings System” will be free from defects in the structure for 10 years and the “CSW Aluminum Powder Coating Finish” will not crack, peel, flake or blister for 10 years.

10-YEAR WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not cover damage due to normal weathering, chalking, scratching, fading, corrosive atmosphere contaminants (i.e. Chemical fumes, pollution, acid rain) volcanic ash, lightening, windstorms, tornadoes or any other act of god, explosions, riots, war, misuse or abuse, or other causes beyond the control of the company.

This warranty does not include any screws or any other fasteners, any PVC components or glass used in the assembly or installation of the railing. The warranty does not cover the installation of the aluminum railing.

Conditions of Coverage

The company voids this warranty if any person modifies, alters, or changes a rail or component during or after installation. We also exclude any claims resulting from structural movement or changes to the building on which you installed the products.

We reserve the right to investigate any claim before honoring this warranty. You must provide a reasonable opportunity for our representative to inspect the product. If we determine a claim is valid, we limit our liability and your remedy to the following:

Repairs and Replacements

The company may choose to either repair or replace any railing we deem defective. We warrant only the cost of the repair or replacement materials and specifically exclude all other incidental costs.

While we strive to provide colour matches for custom-colored rails, we cannot guarantee exact color matches in all situations.

How to Submit a Claim

You must submit all claims in writing within 14 days of discovering a defect. Include a copy of this document and your original invoice, and mail them to:

Total Liability and Legal Disclaimers

This limited warranty states the entire liability of the company. Any implied warranty of fitness for a particular use is specifically excluded and disclaimed by the company. Under no circumstances will the company be responsible or liable for loss or use of the said railing or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of negligence, breach of this limited warranty or any implied warranty, and such are specifically excluded from this warranty.
