Q: I’m thinking of purchasing a CSW Aluminum Deck Railing System – where do I start?
A: To obtain an estimate, provide CSW with a drawing of your deck with outside dimensions

Q: What colours are available?
A:  CSW Railing Systems are available in 7 standard colours* (black, white, cream, silver, titanium, bronze & brown)

Q: Are gates available through CSW?
A: Yes, our gates are available in 48″ wide x 42″ high. You can easily cut CSW gates down to size, and we provide them in both picket and glass styles.

Quality & Performance

Q: What type of paint does CSW use on its Aluminum Deck Railing Systems?
A: We use the highest quality powder coating formulated to exceed one of the toughest paint standards in the industry for weathering specifications.

Q: What advantages does the CSW Railing System offer as compared to other products from other railing companies?
A: CSW is the manufacturer and supplier of our “patented” railing systems. There are no middlemen to mark up the price, and therefore, we can provide you with the best price and quality.

Installation & Technical Support

Q: I’m installing glass railing and cannot get the glass gasket to fit into the top and bottom rail. What am I doing wrong?
A: We manufacture all CSW top and bottom rails with a plastic/vinyl picket gasket already inside. You must remove this picket gasket before you can fit the glass gasket into place.

Q: What tools or materials do I need to install a CSW Railing System?
A: Our railing systems come complete, including all hardware and fasteners. You only need to supply basic hand tools.

Q: What is the maximum distance I can have between posts?
A: The distance allowed between posts to meet building codes depends on your deck layout.
